Ordering & Shipping

Where do you ship?

Everywhere. Fast, discreet, and tracked from our lair in Arnhem, NL. Free shipping in NL, over €500 in Europe, and over €1,000 worldwide.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Webshop orders ship in 2–4 days. Custom orders: 3–4 weeks. You'll get full tracking the moment your gear leaves the workshop.

We offer standard shipping as well as express shipping options worldwide if you are in a hurry.

What does your packaging look like?

Heavy black hangtags, black satin dustbags or ziplocks, nicely packed and ready for gifting.

Shipped in plain and unbranded shipping boxes. No logos, no clues—just pure anticipation.

Is shipping discreet?

Always. Every order is shipped in plain, unmarked packaging—no logos, no hints, no one will ever know what’s inside but you. Your secret’s safe with us.

What are your shipping prices and times?

Shipping is free in NL, over €500 in Europe, and over €1,000 worldwide. Standard and express options available. For full rates and delivery times, see our Shipping Policy.

What about duties and taxes outside of Europe?

Orders outside the EU may be subject to duties, import taxes, or customs fees, charged by your country. These are your responsibility. We don’t control or cover these costs—check your local regulations before ordering.

Payment & Returns

What payment methods do you accept?

All major cards, PayPal, a selection of European online banking apps (like IDeal, Sofort, Bancontact, etc), Google pay, Apple pay and Shop pay. All transactions are safe and secure.

You can also choose to have someone else pay for you though Youpay :)

Can I return or exchange my order?

Yes. 30 days, full refund, no questions asked.

Custom orders are non-returnable unless there’s a manufacturing defect.

Some additional collection articles are also non-returnable due to hygiene issues (f.e. leather panties, bondage gear, insertables and gags). See our policies for a full list.

What if my gear arrives damaged or doesn’t fit?

We’ll repair, replace, or refund—no drama. Club Provocateur members get a lifetime guarantee on manufacturing defects.

Do you offer warranty?

Yes! Club Provocateur members enjoy a lifetime guarantee covering all manufacturing defects under normal use. If your gear ever fails you, we’ll repair or replace it—no excuses, no questions. This is leather badassery built to last a lifetime.

Can I get personal advice or a (virtual) private fitting?

Yes—our Arnhem DesignLab offers exclusive, by-appointment fittings for a premium experience. Prefer online? Message us for style, sizing, product advice, or to discuss customisation, or book an vitual private shopping appointment though videocall. We’re obsessed with helping you own your desires..

Can I request a custom design or color?

Absolutely. We thrive on custom work. Choose from a pleatora of leathers and our signature hardware. Expect a 3–4 week lead time for bespoke orders. Got a wild idea? Challenge us—we love pushing boundaries.

Do you offer plus sizes or custom fits?

Hell yes. Inclusive sizing is our standard. We offer made-to-measure options and can accommodate very big sizes, so every body can own their power. No matter your shape, gender, or identity, we build gear that fits and empowers you.

How do I choose the right size?

Is your leather body-safe and non-toxic?

Absolutely. We use only vegetable-tanned or chromium-free leathers, free from toxic chemicals, safe for long term skin contact, and tested for the highest standards of body safety.

Is your hardware nickel-free and hypoallergenic?

Yes. Our signature gold and black hardware is nickel-free and designed to minimize allergic reactions.

How do you support safe and responsible play?

Is your leather ethically sourced and sustainable?

Always. Our leathers are vegetable-tanned or even fully chromium-free, body-safe, and ethically produced—no child labor, ever. We source responsibly and build to last. Sustainability isn’t a buzzword—it’s our baseline.

Who makes the Provocateur leather gear?

Every piece is made by our own hands! Made by by grown-ups, for grown-ups, in our Arnhem workshop in The Netherlands. No outsourcing, no sweatshops, child labour and other unethical practices. No compromises—just real craftsmanship.

What responsible practices do you follow?

We use only non-toxic, responsibly sourced materials, minimize waste, and prioritize longevity over fast fashion. All production is ethical, responsible and transparent.

Maintenance & Care

How do I care for my Provocateur leather?

Can I wash my leather gear?

Never in the machine. Wipe gently with a damp cloth, let it air dry, and use our preserver. For deep cleaning, follow our Hardcore Care Guide.

How do I store my gear?

Store flat or hanging (if possible in the provided dustbag), away from sunlight and heat. Keep it dry, keep it badass.

How often should I maintain my gear?

Clean after every use and condition every few months or after heavy use. Our Hardcore Care Guide has step-by-step instructions.
