You have 30 days from the day your order lands to request a return. If you’re not obsessed, we want it back—no shame, no questions.

To qualify:

  • Item must be unworn, unused, with original tags and packaging—just as you received it.

  • Proof of purchase required.

  • Start your return by emailing hugo@provocateur.shop. Wait for our instructions before shipping anything—returns sent without prior approval will be refused.

Damaged or Wrong Item?

Inspect your gear the moment it arrives. If it’s damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us immediately. We’ll make it right—fast.

No Returns On:

  • Custom orders: Special, personalized, or made-to-measure items.

  • Intimate gear: Leather panties, jocks, gags, bondage gear, mesh/fishnet—no returns for hygiene reasons.

  • Sale items & gift cards: All sales final.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and passes inspection, you’ll get a full refund via your original payment method. If your return drops your order below our free shipping threshold, shipping fees will be deducted from your refund. Processing times depend on your bank or card provider.
